Marcelo is a seasoned entrepreneur who scaled IPSY from idea to over $1B in revenue, where he now serves as Chair after a decade as CEO. He previously founded or was part of the founding team of Real Influence, Funny or Die, and WOBI, and has been recognized as one of Fast Company’s Most Creative People in Business. A Henry Crown Fellow at the Aspen Institute and Stanford MBA, Marcelo brings a track record of building category-defining companies at global scale.
Miguel Andrés

Miguel has over 25 years leading product and engineering teams across the US and Europe. An award-winning former Google leader (top 3% of tech leads/managers worldwide), he has built and scaled technology teams from pre-seed startups through Series B. He previously created one of the first healthcare conversational AI companions, and now focuses on making agents not just functional, but reliably enterprise-grade.
