1) Who We Are & Scope
Evalion provides tools for testing, monitoring, and analytics of conversational/voice agents (the Services). This Overview applies to our websites, apps, APIs, and customer accounts.
2) Information We Process (Examples)
- Account & contact info you provide (e.g., name, email, company).
- Service usage data (e.g., logs, device/browser info, general diagnostic data).
- Customer content you submit to the Services (e.g., audio, transcripts, evaluation outputs) where enabled by your organization.
- Integrations you connect (e.g., cloud storage or AI providers) and the data they make available to us.
Notes: Your organization controls the content it submits. Please don't upload unlawful content or sensitive data types unless covered by our agreement.
3) How We Use Information
We use information to: operate and secure the Services; provide support; improve features and reliability; comply with law; and communicate about the Services. We don't sell customer content.
4) Sharing & Service Providers
We use trusted service providers/subprocessors to help deliver the Services (e.g., hosting, logging, support, email, optional AI functions). They are bound by confidentiality and only process data to provide their services to us. A current list is available on request and may change over time.
5) International Transfers
Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where we and our providers operate. When transferring personal data internationally, we use appropriate safeguards (for example, standard contractual clauses) or other lawful mechanisms.
6) Data Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business or legal purposes. Customers may request deletion of data they control in accordance with our agreement and applicable law.
7) Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information (for example, encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring). No method is 100% secure, but we aim to follow industry‑standard practices and improve over time.
8) AI/ML Features
Some features may use AI/ML to provide functionality such as summarization or quality checks. Where third‑party AI providers are involved, we disclose the categories of data shared and provide ways to limit or disable those features. We do not use customer content to train generalized models for the benefit of other customers.
9) PHI/BAA (If Applicable)
If you need to process protected health information (PHI), please contact us. For qualifying workloads, we can support a Business Associate Addendum (BAA) and additional safeguards specific to PHI.
10) Cookies & Analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to run our site/app and understand product usage. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser or within the product (where available). Some analytics are essential to provide the Services. We currently do not respond to browser Do‑Not‑Track signals.
11) Children
Our Services are not directed to children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us.
12) Your Choices & Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information. For requests related to a customer account, please contact your organization's administrator; otherwise, contact us at notices@evalion.ai.
13) Changes to This Overview
We may update this Overview as our Services and practices evolve. Material changes will be communicated in‑product or by email to account owners, and the "Last updated" date will be revised.
